Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fraud Customer Engagement Consultant to join our growing team. As a Senior Fraud Customer Engagement Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate fraud risks for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about fraud prevention and customer engagement.   1. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies for clients by analyzing data and identifying potential risks.
  2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of fraud trends and patterns to proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective fraud prevention programs.
  4. Provide subject matter expertise on fraud prevention techniques and best practices to internal teams and clients.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor fraud prevention strategies accordingly.
  6. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and changes in fraud tactics to ensure proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
  8. Conduct trainings and workshops for internal teams and clients to increase awareness and understanding of fraud prevention.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or questions related to fraud prevention.
  10. Continuously analyze and evaluate customer engagement strategies to improve overall effectiveness and impact.
  11. Collaborate with data analysts to develop and maintain fraud detection models and tools.
  12. Prepare and present reports and presentations on fraud prevention strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in fraud prevention and customer engagement.
  14. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to fraud prevention and ensure they are incorporated into strategies and processes.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on latest fraud prevention trends and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Fraud Detection And Prevention: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Fraud Detection And Prevention Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fraud Detection Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Fraud Detection Tools And Technologies, Such As Machine Learning, Data Analytics, And Identity Verification Software.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Fraud Customer Engagement Consultant Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Mitigate Potential Fraud Risks And Create Effective Strategies To Prevent Fraud.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Be An Effective Communicator, With The Ability To Convey Complex Fraud-Related Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
