7. Continuously learn and keep updated on industry developments, company products, and procedures to improve performance and provide the best service to customers.
8. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address complex or challenging claims situations and find appropriate solutions.
9. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other parties involved in the claims process, keeping them informed and updated on the progress and resolution of their claims.
10. Adhere to company standards and guidelines, including ethical and legal practices, while handling claims to protect the company's reputation and financial interests.
