Claims Adjuster

We are looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team at Travelers. This person will play a pivotal role in our organization as they will be responsible for evaluating, negotiating and settling insurance claims. Responsibilities:

• Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine validity, and appropriate course of action
• Analyze claim reports, policy documents, and other relevant information to determine coverage and liability
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and other affected parties
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of the claims process
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and applicable laws
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants
• Identify and recommend solutions to potential fraudulent claims
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations, industry trends, and best practices
• Prepare reports of claim investigations for senior management
