Job Description

As a Claims Manager at Travelers, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that provides exceptional and timely customer service in the facilitation of claims management. You will be responsible for managing claims processes and services to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage claims processes and services to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  2. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient claims processing.
  3. Monitor claims progress and respond to customer inquiries.
  4. Develop and implement procedures to improve the claims process.
  5. Analyze trends and provide insights to help reduce claim costs.
  6. Prepare and present reports to management on claims performance.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on claims-related topics.
  8. Remain current on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Maintain and update system records as needed.
  10. Identify and resolve any problems or issues related to claims processing.
