Medical Provider Appeals Analyst

This role requires an individual who has the expertise and knowledge to review, investigate and analyze medical provider appeals with the goal of identifying appropriate resolutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business, or a related field and at least three years of experience in a healthcare setting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, medical terminology, and coding. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with claims adjudication systems, medical management, and/or provider network operations. 6. Work independently to complete tasks and contribute to team objectives.
