- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of cloud services, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of cloud services, including development, operations, and security teams.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide timely and accurate updates on the status of their support requests.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and support processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Excellent Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing Technologies, Including Virtualization, Networking, And Storage. They Should Also Be Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Cloud Services.
Experience With Cloud Platforms: A Cloud Services Support Analyst At Trimble Should Have Experience Working With Popular Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud. They Should Be Familiar With The Services Offered By These Platforms And Be Able To Provide Support For Them.
