Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Key In This Role, As The Credit & Collections Professional Will Need To Interact With Customers, Sales Teams, And Other Internal Departments To Resolve Billing Issues And Collect On Past Due Accounts.
Attention To Detail: A High Level Of Attention To Detail Is Necessary In This Position To Ensure Accurate Record-Keeping And Proper Application Of Payments. This Includes The Ability To Spot Discrepancies And Follow Up On Discrepancies With Customers.
Experience With Financial Software: Trimble Utilizes Various Financial Software Systems, So Experience With These Systems, Such As Oracle, Sap, Or Microsoft Dynamics, Is Highly Desirable.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Credit & Collections Professional Will Be Responsible For Managing A Large Portfolio Of Customer Accounts And Will Need To Work Efficiently And Effectively To Meet Deadlines And Achieve Collection Goals.
