Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced GNSS Corrections Support Specialist to join our team at Trimble! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the navigation and surveying industry and has a strong customer service orientation.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, as well as experience in the GNSS industry. They should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong technical aptitude, and customer service experience. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.This position requires the ability to provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the development of new GNSS corrections products and services. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and customer service representatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers related to GNSS corrections products and services
  2. Troubleshoot any technical issues and provide solutions
  3. Assist in the development of new GNSS corrections products and services
  4. Maintain excellent communication with customers and team members
  5. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  7. Work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies
