Job Description

At Trimble, we are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer/Trainer to join our team and help create engaging learning experiences. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about education and is a strong collaborator who can work with different teams to create effective learning programs. Our ideal Instructional Designer/Trainer will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and training and a demonstrated ability to design and develop highly engaging learning experiences. The successful candidate will possess a master's degree in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successful training initiatives.
