- Train, mentor, and motivate branch employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with upper management, providing regular updates on branch performance and any potential issues.
- Take ownership of any escalated customer concerns and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Represent Truist Financial in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
