Job Description

Truist Financial is looking for a passionate and experienced Client Service Specialist - Employee Benefits to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our employee benefit clients. You will use your knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong understanding of employee benefits, with experience in the insurance industry and the ability to interpret benefits and plan documents. An understanding of health savings accounts (HSAs) and other related benefits is a plus.If you are highly motivated, possess a strong understanding of employee benefits and customer service, and have a commitment to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service to employee benefit clients

-Understand customer needs and troubleshoot issues

-Provide solutions that exceed customer expectations

-Maintain organized and detailed records and reports

-Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

-Demonstrate strong knowledge of employee benefits -Interpret benefits and plan documents -Have an understanding of health savings accounts (HSAs) and other related benefits -Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service -Perform administrative duties as required
