Client Service Specialist - Employee Benefits

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our employee benefit clients. You will use your knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong understanding of employee benefits, with experience in the insurance industry and the ability to interpret benefits and plan documents.
