- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit card solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Utilize strong networking and relationship-building skills to generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure our credit card solutions remain competitive and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies for increasing credit card usage and revenue.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards related to credit card management.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on credit card usage, benefits, and rewards.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients on credit card products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and transactions.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Truist Financial and uphold the company's values and standards.
- Mentor and train junior team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking, Credit Card Sales, Or Relationship Management.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Card Products, Services, And Industry Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
