
Cybersecurity Manager

- Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect sensitive information and systems from cyber threats.
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security gaps and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continually improve the company's security measures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and compliance, to ensure alignment and integration of cybersecurity efforts throughout the organization.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations, implementing remediation plans, and reporting to senior management.
- Regularly review and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as vendors and law enforcement, to enhance the company's cybersecurity capabilities.
- Communicate and educate employees at all levels of the organization on cybersecurity risks, best practices, and policies.
- Prepare and present reports on cybersecurity performance and metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles, Practices, And Technologies, Including Network Security, Data Protection, And Incident Response.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Cybersecurity Professionals.
Industry Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Cisa Are Highly Preferred.
