- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect Truist Financial's systems, networks, and data from potential cyber threats.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security gaps and take necessary measures to address them.
- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the overall security of the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and compliance, to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify potential security breaches and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and work with legal and law enforcement authorities as needed.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization can quickly recover from a cyber attack or other security incident.
- Communicate with senior management and other relevant stakeholders about the organization's cybersecurity posture and any potential risks or threats.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Practices, And Technologies, Including Network Security, Application Security, And Data Protection.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Security Strategies, Policies, And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
