  1. Develop and implement data security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive information from external cyber threats.
  2. Monitor and assess the company's network and systems for potential security breaches.
  3. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures in the event of a cyber attack.
  4. Lead and coordinate the response to cyber incidents, working closely with IT and other relevant teams.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations of cyber incidents and provide detailed reports to management.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cyber security to continuously improve the company's security measures.
  7. Train and educate employees on data security best practices and protocols.
  8. Collaborate with external security partners and law enforcement agencies as needed.
  9. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the effectiveness of security tools and systems.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in the company's systems and processes.
  11. Communicate with clients and stakeholders about cyber incidents and provide timely updates on remediation efforts.
  12. Continuously review and update data security policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements.
  13. Stay informed of emerging cyber threats and proactively implement measures to prevent them.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data security team.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, With A Focus On Incident Response And Data Protection.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Siem, Ids/Ips, And Vulnerability Scanners.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Cybersecurity Professionals.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Respond To Cyber Threats.
