Employee Benefits Account Manager

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.You are a relationship-builder and problem solver with a high level of integrity and an ability to build trust quickly. You’re a self-starter who loves to develop innovative solutions to complex employee benefits challenges. 2. Remain up-to-date on the latest trends in employee benefits and health care industry regulations and compliance rules.
3. Develop innovative solutions to complex employee benefits challenges.
4. Provide guidance and advice to employers on employee benefits options and strategies.
5. Prepare and present employee benefits reports and presentations to employers.
6. Manage employee benefits accounts and ensure accuracy of data.
7. Monitor employee benefits trends and make recommendations on changes and improvements.
8. Assist with the implementation of new employee benefits systems and processes.
9. Respond to inquiries and resolve employee benefits issues.
10. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
