
Employee Benefits Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team at Truist Financial. This is a highly visible role that requires a talented and motivated leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you’re an organized, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented individual, then we’d love to hear from you!The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of employee benefits experience, preferably in a corporate or financial setting. You should have a solid understanding of the latest employee benefits trends, as well as a thorough knowledge of the regulatory and compliance rules related to the health care industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.You are a relationship-builder and problem solver with a high level of integrity and an ability to build trust quickly. You’re a self-starter who loves to develop innovative solutions to complex employee benefits challenges. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and employers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest trends in employee benefits and health care industry regulations and compliance rules.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex employee benefits challenges.
- Provide guidance and advice to employers on employee benefits options and strategies.
- Prepare and present employee benefits reports and presentations to employers.
- Manage employee benefits accounts and ensure accuracy of data.
- Monitor employee benefits trends and make recommendations on changes and improvements.
- Assist with the implementation of new employee benefits systems and processes.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve employee benefits issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
