HR Product Owner - Workday Payroll

1. Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology solutions, specifically focused on Workday Payroll.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance the employee experience.
3. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements.

11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

13. Ensure compliance with all HR technology-related policies and procedures.
14. Analyze and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to HR technology systems.
15. Act as a change agent, driving adoption and usage of HR technology solutions across the organization.
