- Provide administrative and organizational support to the legal team at Truist Financial.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases and projects.
- Maintain and update legal records and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the legal team.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather and exchange information.
- Utilize strong attention to detail to proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and track deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal projects.
- Prepare and maintain expense reports and invoices related to legal activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to legal matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.

A Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience In A Legal Setting.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Paralegal Role, Preferably In A Financial Or Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Legal Terminology And Procedures, As Well As Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Proficiency In Legal Research And Document Management Software, Such As Lexisnexis Or Westlaw, And Microsoft Office Suite.
