  1. Conduct legal research and gather information to assist attorneys in preparing for cases and transactions.
  2. Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, and pleadings, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  3. Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and databases for efficient retrieval and reference.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  5. Assist attorneys in drafting correspondence and communicating with external parties on behalf of the company.
  6. Review and analyze legal documents and contracts to identify potential risks and discrepancies.
  7. Collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
  8. Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
  9. Prepare and maintain legal budgets and assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  10. Participate in meetings and provide support and input on legal matters as needed.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive legal and company information.
  12. Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions and work performed.
  13. Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations.
  14. Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by attorneys or legal team leaders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Terminology And Procedures.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Corporate Or Law Firm Setting.

  • Proficiency In Legal Research And Writing, Including Drafting Legal Documents And Correspondence.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Banking And Finance Laws, To Support Truist Financial's Operations.
