  1. Lead and manage change initiatives within the organization to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  2. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to drive transformational change.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change needs and develop solutions.
  4. Communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding and buy-in for change initiatives.
  5. Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources for change initiatives.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change management methodologies and best practices.
  7. Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Identify potential risks and challenges related to change initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful change delivery.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to change management and incorporate them into the organization's approach.
  11. Mentor and coach team members on change management principles and practices.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the organization's change management processes and capabilities.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Change Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Delivering Successful Change Management Initiatives Within Large Organizations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Senior Change Delivery Lead Must Have Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate Team Members.

  • Expertise In Financial Services: As Truist Financial Is A Leading Financial Institution, The Senior Change Delivery Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Regulatory Requirements And Market Trends.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Strategic Change Plans That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives. They Must Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Roadblocks And Find Effective Solutions.

  • Change Management Certification: A Professional Certification In Change Management, Such As Prosci Or Acmp, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Best Practices, Which Is Crucial For The Success Of Change Initiatives At Truist Financial.
