- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates, including passive candidates, for current and future job openings.
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates and engage them in conversations about career opportunities at Truist Financial.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and resources.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner and promote a positive employer brand to potential candidates.
- Meet or exceed sourcing metrics and goals set by the organization.
- Provide timely and thorough communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Understanding Of Sourcing And Procurement Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Negotiation And Vendor Management Skills.
Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
