  1. Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with Truist Financial's overall business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable total rewards packages for all employees.
  3. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on compensation and benefits decisions.
  4. Manage the design, implementation, and administration of equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance shares.
  5. Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to total rewards and equity compensation.
  6. Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of equity compensation expenses.
  7. Evaluate and recommend changes to existing total rewards programs to meet the evolving needs of our organization and employees.
  8. Communicate and educate employees on their total rewards and equity compensation packages, including plan details and eligibility.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and consultants to support the delivery of total rewards and equity compensation programs.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in total rewards and equity compensation to continuously improve and enhance Truist Financial's offerings.

Job Qualifications
