  1. Oversee and maintain the quality, availability, and usability of data for Truist Financial's wholesale organization.
  2. Develop and implement data management strategies and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify data needs and requirements, and ensure data is collected, stored, and managed in accordance with those needs.
  4. Monitor data integrity and proactively identify and resolve any data quality issues.
  5. Work closely with IT teams to implement data governance policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews of data to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies and take necessary corrective actions.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation on data standards, definitions, and processes for the wholesale organization.
  8. Provide training and support to employees on data management best practices and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management, and make recommendations for improving data processes and systems.
  10. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on data-related matters.
  12. Lead and mentor junior data steward team members, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their responsibilities effectively.
  13. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve data processes and systems across the organization.
  15. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and promote the value of data management throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
