- Develop and implement workforce management strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity across the organization.
- Conduct regular workforce planning and analysis to identify future staffing needs and make recommendations for recruitment and retention efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of workforce management professionals to effectively execute workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective workforce management practices.
- Develop and maintain staffing and scheduling policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor and report on workforce performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture and promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on workforce management best practices and procedures.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce management strategies to support business objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in workforce management practices and technology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Planning, And Engagement Roles.
Proficient In Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Kronos Or Workday.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
