Gather, tabulate, prepare statistical reports, and analyze benefits data/employee health and wellness issues. Plan and maintain benefits records. Perform benefits audits. Answer inquiries from various departments, employees and the public. Write or design promotional flyers, brochures, newsletters, web based materials or visual aids. Analyze findings, give recommendations, and write reports of practical solutions. Respond to a variety of complaints and requests for information; conduct benefits studies including obtaining and analyzing information and making recommendations. Represent the benefits unit and the department at employee outreach events. Coordinate Employee Health Fair, Employee Wellness program activities, and Department Newsletter.
