Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set up and network configuration. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem. Track computer system issues through to resolution, within the agreed timeframe. Talk clients through a series of actions, either by phone, email or chat, until the technical issue is solved. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, (e.g., Systems, Networks, and Applications). Provide customers with prompt and accurate feedback. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Receive and respond to support and service tickets regarding desktop problems and requests.
