Job Description

At TUMI, we are looking for an experienced and talented Account Executive to join our Specialty Retailers team. Our ideal candidate is a driven, high-energy individual with a passion for the retail industry and an enthusiasm for customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, an innate ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and a commitment to developing and growing existing accounts. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  2. Utilize customer feedback to create effective sales strategies and customize presentations for each account.
  3. Provide exemplary customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  5. Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to maximize account potential.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitive landscape.
  8. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
  9. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
