Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess store performance in your designated region to ensure high standards of operational excellence.
- Develop strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain store teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor store operations and resolve any customer service issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Coach and develop store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
- Establish and monitor store budgets and ensure stores are operating within budget.
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and store data to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.
