Area Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and assess store performance in your designated region to ensure high standards of operational excellence.
2. Develop strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
3. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain store teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Monitor store operations and resolve any customer service issues in a timely and effective manner.
5. Coach and develop store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
6. Establish and monitor store budgets and ensure stores are operating within budget.
7. Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance.
8. Analyze customer feedback and store data to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to meet customer needs.
9. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers.
