Job Description

TUMI is seeking a creative and experienced Director, Wholesale eCommerce to join our team! We’re looking for a leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skills who has a keen understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for driving growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing a comprehensive wholesale eCommerce strategy, as well as leading a team of professionals.To be successful as the Director, Wholesale eCommerce, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of eCommerce experience, ideally in a retail or B2B setting. You must have experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. Additionally, you must have a deep understanding of both the technical and marketing aspects of eCommerce, as well as a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.If you have the qualifications and enthusiasm to join our dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive wholesale eCommerce strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Leading a team of professionals to ensure successful execution of the eCommerce strategy.
  3. Working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Staying ahead of industry trends and understanding the technical and marketing aspects of eCommerce.
  5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
  6. Analyzing and reporting on business performance.
  7. Developing and implementing plans to optimize customer experience on the eCommerce platform.
  8. Identifying opportunities for improvement and new initiatives.
  9. Managing a budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  10. Training and mentoring team members.

Job Qualifications
