Job Description

As Manager, Brand Partnerships at TUMI, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with brands and other business partners to drive business growth and establish TUMI as a leader in the premium luggage and travel accessories space. We are looking for a candidate with a collaborative spirit and a passion for developing relationships and creating a positive brand experience for our partners and customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or brand management. You must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, provide insights into consumer behavior and trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies. You must also have a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry and an eye for detail when it comes to creative executions. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for the TUMI brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with brands and other business partners to drive business growth and establish TUMI as a leader in the premium luggage and travel accessories space.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with partners, provide insights into consumer behavior and trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies.
  3. Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  4. Have a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry and an eye for detail when it comes to creative executions.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of strategic partnerships to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  6. Develop and implement processes to ensure successful partnerships with brands and other business partners.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure TUMI remains competitive.
  8. Manage the budget for brand partnerships, ensuring all expenses are within allocated limits.
  9. Create reports and presentations to share results of strategic partnerships with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
