As Manager, Brand Partnerships at TUMI, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with brands and other business partners to drive business growth and establish TUMI as a leader in the premium luggage and travel accessories space. We are looking for a candidate with a collaborative spirit and a passion for developing relationships and creating a positive brand experience for our partners and customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or brand management. You must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, provide insights into consumer behavior and trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies. You must also have a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry and an eye for detail when it comes to creative executions. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for the TUMI brand.

- Manage the budget for brand partnerships, ensuring all expenses are within allocated limits.
- Create reports and presentations to share results of strategic partnerships with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
