- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify potential customers and understand their communication needs.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase Twilio's products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with strategic accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to retain and grow existing strategic accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position Twilio's offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Twilio's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Represent Twilio at industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
- Actively manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to address client needs and concerns.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the sales process and drive revenue growth.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Enterprise-Level Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies And Techniques, Including Account Planning And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
