- Create and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives to reach and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and talent acquisition, to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding and recruitment efforts.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and maintain Twilio's employer brand across various channels, including social media, job boards, and career fairs.
- Continuously monitor and assess industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Twilio remains competitive in the talent market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to expand Twilio's talent pool.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, both internally and externally, to promote the company's culture and values.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employer Branding And Recruitment Marketing
