  1. Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance Twilio's reputation as an employer of choice.
  2. Create and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives to reach and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and talent acquisition, to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding and recruitment efforts.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Manage and maintain Twilio's employer brand across various channels, including social media, job boards, and career fairs.
  6. Continuously monitor and assess industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Twilio remains competitive in the talent market.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to expand Twilio's talent pool.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Twilio, both internally and externally, to promote the company's culture and values.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance the employee experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing to continuously improve and innovate recruitment strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employer Branding And Recruitment Marketing

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Employer Branding And Recruitment Marketing Strategies
