  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes to support the services and strategy teams.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and streamlined operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Support the services and strategy teams in executing strategic initiatives.
  6. Manage projects related to operations, including setting timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  7. Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and support strategic planning.
  9. Proactively identify potential issues and risks and develop contingency plans.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations and strategy.
  12. Train and onboard new team members on operational processes and procedures.
  13. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for operational inquiries.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through your role in operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Saas Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Service Delivery And Strategy Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Executing Successful Initiatives.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Proficiency In Tools Such As Excel And Salesforce To Track And Report On Key Performance Metrics.
