  5. Collaborate with other members of the HR team to develop and implement employee wellness programs.

  8. Build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

  10. Stay updated on current events and trends in the spiritual and wellness communities to provide relevant and effective support to employees.

Job Qualifications

  • Religious Education: A Bachelor's Degree In Religious Studies Or Theology Is Generally Required For A Chaplain Position At Tyson Foods. This Provides A Strong Foundation In The Principles And Teachings Of Various Religions, Which Is Essential For Providing Spiritual Guidance To Employees Of Diverse Backgrounds.
