- Inspect and sort post-mortem carcasses according to company and USDA standards.
- Ensure the safety and quality of our products through thorough and accurate inspections.

Knowledge Of Food Safety And Quality Assurance (Fsqa) Standards And Regulations: A Qualified Candidate For The Fsqa Nsis Post-Mortem Sorter Position At Tyson Foods Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Standards Set By Government Agencies Such As The Usda And Fda. This Includes Knowledge Of Haccp Principles, Sanitation Procedures, And Quality Control Systems.
Experience In Post-Mortem Sorting And Inspection: The Nsis Post-Mortem Sorter Is Responsible For Sorting And Inspecting Animal Carcasses For Quality And Safety. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In This Area, Preferably In A Food Processing Or Meat Packing Facility.
