  1. Operate harvest machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  3. Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
  4. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  5. Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of harvest activities.
  7. Maintain accurate records of harvested products and report any issues or concerns.
