- Develop and implement human resource strategies and policies that align with Tyson Foods' overall business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address current and future talent needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Continuously assess and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees seeking guidance on career development, conflict resolution, and other work-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform and improve HR processes and procedures.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and handle all employee information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Participate in the recruitment process for key positions and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Represent Tyson Foods at job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex HR issues or challenges.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In The Food Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Coach Employees At All Levels
Experience In Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
