As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production operations run smoothly and efficiently.   1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to determine appropriate course of action.
  3. Operate and maintain various hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
  4. Implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and increase equipment longevity.
  5. Collaborate with production team to identify and address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
  7. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  8. Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure production goals are met.
  11. Stay current with industry advancements and new technologies in maintenance.
  12. Train and mentor new maintenance team members.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Maintenance Technician B Shift Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, As Well As Experience Troubleshooting And Repairing Equipment.

  • Experience In Food Production: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Food Production Facility, With A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety And Sanitation Regulations.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals: Maintenance Technicians Must Be Able To Read And Understand Technical Manuals And Schematics To Effectively Troubleshoot And Repair Machinery.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: The B Shift Maintenance Technician Will Be Responsible For Completing Scheduled Maintenance Tasks And Responding To Unexpected Breakdowns. Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Teamwork And Communication: The B Shift Maintenance Technician Will Work Closely With Other Technicians, Production Staff, And Management. Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Coordinate And Complete Tasks.
