  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of our production facility during the 2nd shift, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Ensure that production goals and targets are met or exceeded by monitoring production processes and making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
  3. Lead and develop a team of production workers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  4. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any potential hazards or concerns.
  5. Monitor and maintain product quality by conducting regular quality control checks and addressing any issues that may arise.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  7. Keep accurate records of production data, such as output, downtime, and waste, and use this information to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  8. Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and production workers to ensure open and transparent communication channels.
  9. Develop and implement production schedules and assign tasks to workers to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in production technology to continually improve processes and increase productivity.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production workers to ensure they are meeting expectations and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code, and serve as a role model for other employees.
  13. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required by the company.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and represent the company in a positive light to customers, vendors, and other business partners.
