- Develop and lead the financial planning and analysis function for the entire organization.
- Create and implement financial planning and analysis processes and procedures.
- Provide strategic and financial guidance to senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights to drive business growth.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the financial performance of the organization.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to support their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Make recommendations for strategic investments and capital allocation based on financial analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies that support overall company objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a key member of the leadership team.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Senior Executives And Stakeholders.
