  • Oversee and manage the supply room operations, ensuring efficiency and organization at all times
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and track all incoming and outgoing supplies
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply room operations and minimize waste
  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of supply room clerks to ensure their success in their roles
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to understand supply needs and coordinate timely deliveries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any supply or inventory issues that may arise
  • Regularly review and analyze supply room processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure smooth coordination and integration of supply room operations with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations
  • Keep updated records of supply room activities and prepare reports as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends related to supply chain management and inventory control.

Job Qualifications
