If you are experienced in Agile and Scrum, and have a passion for bringing teams together to achieve great outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).• 3+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.• A passion for delivering high-quality products and services.• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Ensure Agile & Scrum processes are followed accurately and consistently.
3. Identify and remove obstacles to progress.
4. Coach and mentor development teams in Agile principles and practices.
5. Ensure sprint goals are met and product backlog is accurately maintained.
6. Monitor and report progress to stakeholders.
7. Track progress and provide regular updates on project status.
8. Collaborate with teams to develop effective and efficient solutions.
9. Keep up to date with industry trends and new developments in Agile & Scrum.
10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
