Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  5. Track and document customer interactions in a customer relationship management system.
  6. Provide feedback to management on customer service trends.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product and service information.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  10. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
