Job Description

U.S. Bank Corp is looking for an experienced and motivated Client Relationship Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, leveraging your knowledge of the bank’s products and services to provide them with the best possible experience. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Leverage knowledge of U.S. Bank Corp’s products and services to identify the best options for clients
  • Respond quickly to client inquiries and requests
  • Provide support to clients in using the bank’s products and services
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Work with other departments to ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Stay up to date on new products and services offered by the bank
