  1. Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Monitor and review security procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
  4. Conduct investigations and gather evidence in response to security incidents, and report findings to management.
  5. Provide training and support to employees on security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management.
  6. Monitor security systems, including alarms, access control, and surveillance cameras, and respond promptly to any alerts or malfunctions.
  7. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and training activities.
  8. Stay updated on current security trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems and procedures.
  9. Coordinate with external agencies, such as law enforcement and emergency responders, as needed.
  10. Conduct security audits and make recommendations for improvements to enhance overall security measures.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on security matters.
  12. Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for potential security threats.
  13. Act as a liaison between the company and security vendors to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and security matters.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to security operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Security Operations: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Security Operations Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: A Solid Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures Is Essential For This Role, Including Physical Security, Access Control, And Emergency Response.

  • Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Patterns, And Make Informed Decisions Is Crucial For A Corporate Security Operations Specialist. Candidates Should Have Experience In Threat Assessment And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Position Requires Frequent Communication With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Senior Management, And Law Enforcement. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Security Certifications: Candidates With Relevant Security Certifications, Such As Cpp (Certified Protection Professional) Or Cissp (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Will Be Given Preference.
