  1. Accurately process and reconcile a high volume of tax payments for the Internal Revenue Service on a daily basis.

  3. Monitor and track incoming payments to ensure timely processing and deposit.
  4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in tax payments.
  5. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all processed payments.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of tax payments.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues or concerns.
  8. Stay updated on IRS regulations and procedures to ensure adherence to changes and updates.
  9. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures when handling sensitive financial information.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
