  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the mortgage branch, including daily operations, sales, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  3. Hire, train, and mentor a team of mortgage loan officers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  4. Lead by example and foster a positive and motivated work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and loan processing, to ensure efficient and timely loan processing and closing.
  7. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate leads and increase business.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to help them achieve their goals and improve their skills.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  12. Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and any issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch performance, including sales reports, loan pipeline, and customer feedback.
  14. Collaborate with upper management to create and execute business plans and budgets that align with company goals.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values and serve as a role model for employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Lending And Sales, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mortgage Underwriting Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals And Building Strong Client Relationships.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Loan Officers And Processors.
