Job Description

U.S. Bank Corp is looking for an experienced, motivated, and analytical SAS Database Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing analytics, database marketing, and SAS coding. They should also have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The SAS Database Marketing Campaign Analyst will be responsible for the design, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This position requires a deep understanding of database marketing, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and SAS programming. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and be able to work under tight deadlines. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, mathematics, or related field• 3+ years of marketing analytics experience• 2+ years of experience with database marketing and/or customer segmentation• Experience in SAS programming and statistical software• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Access)• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  2. Analyze customer segmentation, database marketing, and predictive modeling.
  3. Develop and maintain sophisticated SAS programs for marketing campaigns.
  4. Monitor marketing performance and provide ongoing analysis and insights.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports on marketing performance.
  6. Proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data and reporting.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing goals.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
