Job Description

At U.S. Bank Corp, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our UX Research Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving user experience research initiatives while working closely with product and design teams. The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in UX research operations, be highly organized, and have an unwavering commitment to excellence. The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in design-related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Cognitive Science, as well as strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This person should be passionate about user experience research and have a deep understanding of the user-centered design process and the role of user research. If you are an experienced UX research operations professional with a drive for excellence and a passion for user experience, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement user experience research initiatives.
  2. Work closely with product and design teams.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism.
  4. Analyze user data and research results to inform design decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain user-centered design processes.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  7. Stay up to date on UX research trends and best practices.
  8. Ensure research projects are completed on time and within budget.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure user experience research initiatives are successful.
  10. Provide training and guidance to research teams.
