UX Researcher

We’re looking for an experienced and creative UX Researcher to join the U.S. Bank Corp team and help shape the future of our products and services. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of research skills, an analytical mind, and an eye for detail. They should have a passion for understanding user needs, be able to ask the right questions, and bring a creative approach to work.To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of UX research methods, an ability to think critically, and the ability to synthesize complex information. You should also have a flair for problem-solving and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.Required qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field* At least 3 years of professional UX research experience* Deep understanding of UX research methods and processes* Ability to synthesize complex information* Excellent problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing UX research plans for new and existing products
2. Executing user research studies, including user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and focus groups
3. Developing user personas and user journey maps to inform product design
4. Analyzing research data and providing actionable insights
5. Working closely with product teams to ensure that user needs are met
6. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure research is well integrated into product design
7. Keeping up to date with the latest UX research methods and approaches
8. Creating UX research reports and presentations
9. Managing research budgets and timelines
